The issue features the DigitalHealthEurope (DHE) Twinning scheme with valuable information on the twinning success stories. In 2019 and 2020 respectively, DHE has organised two calls for twinnings as part of the DHE twinning scheme. Regional government bodies and health and care providers, as well as organisations legally affiliated with them were free to participate in. As a result, more than 25 twinning opportunities between more than 60 organisations receive funding to carry out twinning activities and transfer innovative solutions between European regions. This issue highlights AppSaludable & REHAB-LAB twinnings, as representative of other twinning success stories.
