Citizen Pathway for Scotland’s Digital Telecare Playbook

The Citizen Pathway is part of Scotland’s Digital Telecare Playbook and has been designed to support the development and deployment of innovative, person-centred telecare service models that empower citizens to access information and digital tools that can support them to self-manage their condition and enable them to live safely and independently for as long as possible.
