Surveillance platform for users suspected or positive for COVID-19. Report, monitoring and surveillance by clinicians and Self-care monitoring and Home Treatment (daily monitoring on their own by ICT tools or HCP follow up). Allows telephone surveillance by all health professionals; telemonitoring (recording of symptoms and measurements); changing the status of users according to the evolution of the disease, adapting the type of surveillance.
